Epson keeps reporting a paper jam even though no paper is stuck. This is typically debris on the sensors/rollers or a small torn scrap you can't see.
Work through these in order; most people are fixed by the first two or three.
Power off, open the rear/duplex cover, and shine a light through the path for small scraps; remove with tweezers.
Wipe the feed rollers with a lightly damp lint-free cloth and blow dust off the sensor area.
Use flat, dry paper, don't overfill, and set the edge guides correctly.
Turn off/on to reset the sensor once the path is clean.
