iPhone & iPad (AirPrint)

  1. Make sure the printer supports AirPrint and is on the same Wi-Fi as your iPhone.
  2. Open the document/photo and tap the Share icon, then Print.
  3. Tap "Select Printer", choose your printer, set copies/options, and tap Print.

Android (built-in / Mopria)

  1. On the same Wi-Fi, open the item and tap the menu › Print.
  2. Choose your printer (enable the Mopria Print Service or your brand's plugin if it isn't listed).
  3. Adjust options and tap the print button.

Use the brand app for more control

HP Smart, Canon PRINT, Epson Smart Panel, Brother Mobile Connect and similar apps add scanning, ink levels, and easier setup. They're the most reliable way to print and manage the printer from a phone.

Printer not showing up?

  • Confirm phone and printer are on the same network (and the same band).
  • Wake the printer — some drop Wi-Fi in deep sleep.
  • Turn off VPN on the phone.
  • For one-off printing, try Wi-Fi Direct from the brand app.
