How to install it
Step 1
Install your Primera printer driver and PrintHub from the model's download page first.

When BarTender UltraLite for Primera will not work
Primera's coupon activates BarTender 2022 R8 specifically. If you installed a newer release, uninstall it and install 2022 R8, then activate again.
The bundled edition is UltraLite, which excludes database connections, advanced automation and some symbologies. Those need a paid BarTender edition purchased from Seagull Scientific.
Select the Primera printer in the document setup so BarTender reads its media list, then set the exact label dimensions. Also calibrate the label sensor in PrintHub for the stock loaded.
BarTender is Windows only. On macOS, design in another application that supports the Primera driver, or use a Windows machine for label design.
Re-run the BarTender option in the Primera installer for your printer, which regenerates the code. It is tied to the Primera product rather than issued once.
