The bizhub 215 is a basic A3 mono copier with GDI printing and optional scanning and fax, sold heavily in India, the Middle East and Africa as a low-cost office machine. It has a button-driven panel rather than a touchscreen and uses the cheap TN118 toner. Support questions are mostly about the host-based print driver on Windows 11, scanning to PC over USB, and C-2557 drum errors after non-genuine toner is used.

Best for: Small offices and copy shops needing a cheap A3 mono copier
Install the bizhub 215 GDI print driver and TWAIN scan driver from Konica Minolta's regional support site; there is no PCL or PostScript, so the Konica driver is required. Networking is basic: set the IP from the panel and add the printer by IP in Windows. Scan-to-PC works over USB with the TWAIN driver, and network scanning needs the optional network scan kit.
The Konica Minolta bizhub 215 uses the following consumables. Match the number exactly when you buy: the same printer family often uses several different cartridge numbers by region.
High-yield (XL) versions almost always cost less per page if you print regularly. On third-party ink and toner, read our honest assessment first, and note that some manufacturers push firmware that rejects non-original chips.
