The practical difficulty is finding it: Konica Minolta distributes drivers through regional Download Centres with no stable public link and no published universal version number, so you search your country's centre by model. How to install it
Step 1
Open the Download Centre for your region, using the Europe or UK sites listed here or your local Konica Minolta site.
Step 2
Search by your bizhub model number, or look for the universal print driver in the driver category.
Step 3
Choose the Windows version that matches your machines and download the package.
Step 4
Extract it to a local folder and run the setup application as an administrator.
Step 5
Enter the device IP address, or let the installer search the local network.
Step 6
Let it read the device configuration, or set the fitted finisher and trays manually in Printer Properties, Configure.
Step 7
Enter the account track or user authentication details in Printing Preferences if the device requires them.
Step 8
Print a test page and confirm the job is accepted rather than silently discarded.

When Konica Minolta Universal Print Driver will not work
There is not one. Konica Minolta publishes drivers only through its regional Download Centres, with no stable deep link and no public universal version number. Search your country's centre by model, or ask your dealer.
Account track or user authentication is almost certainly enabled. Enter the account code or user credentials in Printing Preferences, and confirm the details with your administrator, since a wrong code fails the same way as no code.
Open Printer Properties and use the configure or device options page to tick the finisher, trays and duplex unit that are actually fitted, since automatic detection needs SNMP which many networks block.
Enter the printer's IP address directly to create a standard TCP/IP port. Broadcast discovery does not cross subnets in most corporate networks.
Konica Minolta lists PCL, PostScript and XPS variants alongside the universal package. PCL is the safe default for office work, PostScript for graphics workflows. If in doubt, the universal driver is the one designed for fleets.
