Konica Minolta bizhub C360i
Mid-size offices needing a fast A3 colour copier with single-pass scanning

The bizhub C250i is the entry model of Konica Minolta's i-Series A3 colour copiers, launched in 2019 and still sold under service contracts worldwide. It brings a 10.1-inch tablet-style panel, a fast quad-core controller and 25 ppm output to small offices. Most owners lease it, so toner and drums usually come from the dealer; what people need help with is print driver setup, scan-to-folder after Windows updates and understanding C-codes on the panel.
Sold in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, India, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Singapore

Best for: Small offices with an A3 colour copier on a service contract
Download the bizhub C250i PCL or PostScript driver from Konica Minolta's regional support site, or use the Universal Print Driver for mixed fleets. The machine is configured through its Web Connection page at its IP address, where the dealer usually sets SMTP and SMB scan destinations. For Windows 11 scan-to-SMB, enable SMBv2/v3 on the copier and use a dedicated service account on the share.
The Konica Minolta bizhub C250i uses the following consumables. Match the number exactly when you buy: the same printer family often uses several different cartridge numbers by region.
High-yield (XL) versions almost always cost less per page if you print regularly. On third-party ink and toner, read our honest assessment first, and note that some manufacturers push firmware that rejects non-original chips.
