Creality Cloud combines a model library, a cloud slicer and remote printer monitoring in one app and website. You browse or upload models, slice them in the cloud or on the phone, send jobs to a connected printer and watch progress through the printer's camera where one is fitted. It works with Creality printers and, through its own connection methods, some other machines. Because it is a cloud service, it needs an account and an internet connection, and anything you upload is stored on Creality's servers.

How to install it
Step 1
Create a Creality account on the Creality Cloud website or in the app.
Step 2
Install the Creality Cloud app from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 3
Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network from its own screen or menu.
Step 4
In the app, add the printer, which usually means scanning a code on the printer screen or selecting it on the local network.
Step 5
Confirm the printer appears as online in the app.
Step 6
Browse or upload a model, slice it with a profile that matches your printer and nozzle, and send it.
Step 7
Watch the first layer through the camera if one is fitted, and be ready to cancel remotely.
Step 8
Review the print history afterwards to check filament usage and timings.
Which printers it supports
Creality FDM and resin 3D printers with network connectivity, including the K series, Ender models with Wi-Fi and various CR machines, plus some third-party printers through supported connection methods.
When Creality Cloud will not work
The printer must be on Wi-Fi with working internet access. Check its network settings on the printer screen, and remember that many printers support only 2.4 GHz networks.
Cloud profiles are generic. For anything demanding, slice in Creality Print or OrcaSlicer on a computer where you can tune the settings and inspect the preview layer by layer.
That is a reasonable concern, since uploads are stored in the cloud. Slice locally with a desktop slicer and transfer the G-code by SD card or USB instead.
Only printers with a fitted camera support this, and the camera must be enabled in the printer settings. Bandwidth also matters, so a weak Wi-Fi signal produces a black or stuttering view.
It is. Never start a print you cannot see, because a failed first layer can turn into a large mess or, rarely, a fire risk. Only start remotely if a camera and a working thermal runaway protection setup are in place.
