Toshiba e-STUDIO2510AC
Offices upgrading from a used compact A3 colour copier

A compact 20 ppm A3 colour copier that fits in a corner where a full-size machine cannot, the 2010AC was popular in small practices and branch offices. Its 600 dpi engine is a step behind current models on fine detail, but it copies and scans reliably. Now that Toshiba has moved it into legacy status, check driver availability for the newest Windows releases before assuming long-term support.

Best for: Small practices needing compact A3 colour in a tight space
Use the current Toshiba Universal Printer Driver rather than the original model-specific package, which is the usual fix when Windows 11 reports the driver as unavailable. Set the IP from the panel and use TopAccess for scan and address book configuration. If scan-to-folder fails on modern Windows, the cause is normally SMBv1 being disabled — update firmware if a newer build exists, or move those users to scan-to-email.
The Toshiba e-STUDIO2010AC uses the following consumables. Match the number exactly when you buy: the same printer family often uses several different cartridge numbers by region.
High-yield (XL) versions almost always cost less per page if you print regularly. On third-party ink and toner, read our honest assessment first, and note that some manufacturers push firmware that rejects non-original chips.
