e-BRIDGE Print and Capture is Toshiba's mobile app for its e-STUDIO multifunction devices. It prints documents and photos from a phone, captures scans from the device back to the phone, and offers the print options the device supports such as duplex and stapling. It depends on SNMP and Web Services being enabled on the machine, which is the single most common reason it fails to find a device. Toshiba publishes a supported models list, and it is worth checking that before installing, since the app does not work with every e-STUDIO.
Version and licence: iOS version 4.10 at about 12.7 MB. Check the supported models list before installing, because coverage is specific. The app requires SNMP and Web Services to be enabled on the multifunction device, which administrators often disable by default. About 12.7 MB on iOS.

Which printers it supports
Toshiba e-STUDIO multifunction devices on the published supported models list. Coverage is model specific, so check before assuming your machine is included.
When Toshiba e-BRIDGE Print and Capture will not work
SNMP and Web Services must both be enabled on the e-STUDIO, and they are frequently disabled on managed fleets. Ask an administrator to enable them in TopAccess, the device web interface, then retry.
Toshiba publishes a supported models list and the app genuinely does not cover every e-STUDIO. If yours is absent, print through Mopria on Android or AirPrint on iOS where the device supports it.
Toshiba devices often use department codes for accounting. Enter the code in the app's device settings, and check with your administrator that the code is active.
The device pushes the scan back to the app, so the app must be open and reachable on the network. Check that scan-to-mobile is enabled in TopAccess and that no firewall isolates the wireless network from the printer.
The app shows only what the device reports over SNMP. If SNMP is restricted, printing may work while options such as stapling stay hidden. Enabling SNMP resolves it.

Frequently asked questions
Why does it need SNMP?
The app uses SNMP to find devices and read their capabilities. Without it, discovery fails and finishing options do not appear.
Is my e-STUDIO supported?
Check Toshiba's supported models list first. Coverage is model specific and older devices are frequently excluded.
Can I print without this app?
Yes, if the device supports Mopria or AirPrint. Those give basic printing without any Toshiba software.
