FUJIFILM Business Innovation is the company formerly known as Fuji Xerox, and it makes the ApeosPort, Apeos, ApeosPrint, DocuPrint and DocuCentre ranges sold across Asia Pacific and some other markets. Drivers, firmware and manuals come from its own support portal, which is separate from both Xerox and the consumer Fujifilm sites. The portal uses a country code in the address, and picking the right one matters because driver availability differs by market. If you cannot find your model, you are probably on the wrong country's portal.
Version and licence: Free. The support portal uses a country selector in its address, with cid=2 for Australia, cid=8 for New Zealand, cid=1 for Singapore, cid=24 for the United Kingdom, cid=46 for Canada, cid=28 for the United States and cid=20 for India. Choosing the wrong country shows a different and often smaller driver list.

When FUJIFILM Business Innovation print drivers will not work
You are probably on the wrong country portal. The address carries a country code, so switch to your market, for example Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States or India, and search again.
These are not Xerox devices any more. Fuji Xerox became FUJIFILM Business Innovation, and it has its own support portal separate from Xerox. Xerox drivers will not cover ApeosPort or DocuPrint models.
Many of these devices use accounting with a user ID or account code. Enter it in Printing Preferences, matching what your administrator issued, since a missing code causes silent job deletion.
Set the installed options manually in Printer Properties if automatic detection fails, since SNMP is often blocked. Match the settings to the hardware actually fitted.
Coverage varies by model and market. Check the other country portals in case a newer build exists there, and otherwise add the device using AirPrint, which most current models support for basic printing.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the download URL have a country code?
The portal serves a different driver list per market. Australia is cid=2, New Zealand cid=8, Singapore cid=1, the UK cid=24, Canada cid=46, the US cid=28 and India cid=20.
Is this related to Xerox?
Historically yes, as Fuji Xerox, but the businesses are separate now and Xerox drivers do not cover these models.
Is it the same as consumer Fujifilm?
No. The consumer instax and camera products are a different part of the business with different support sites.
