The M7102DW is the all-in-one built around Pantum's 33 ppm P3010 engine, giving small offices auto-duplex printing, a 50-sheet ADF and a 250-sheet tray for around the price of a Brother DCP-L2550DW. It is one of the better-value mono MFPs on the market, with a real drum/toner split that keeps page costs down. Owners occasionally report the ADF scanning slightly skewed, which is usually fixed by adjusting the side guides snugly.

Setting up the Pantum M7102DW

Use Ethernet or the LCD Wi-Fi menu to get the printer on the network, then install the M7100 series driver bundle on each computer. The bundle includes TWAIN and WIA scan drivers, so Windows Scan and macOS Image Capture will both see it. Set the default paper size in the driver to match your region to avoid every job pausing for a size confirmation.

1. Unbox and prepare. Remove every piece of shipping tape and packing material, install the toner cartridge and drum unit, and load paper in the tray.
2. Join your Wi-Fi. Keep the printer close to the router for setup. Most printers only connect to the 2.4GHz band, so if your router broadcasts one merged network name you may need to split the bands temporarily. See our Wi-Fi guide if it will not join.
3. Install the setup app. Use Pantum's official app rather than a driver you found on a search result — third-party driver sites are the most common source of printer malware.
4. Add the printer. On Windows 11: Settings › Bluetooth & devices › Printers & scanners › Add device. On macOS: System Settings › Printers & Scanners › Add Printer.
5. Print a test page and run a scan if this is an all-in-one, so you find any problem now rather than when you are in a hurry.
