Two practical notes: the global page lists Windows and macOS only, with no Linux build, and Pantum runs separate regional sites whose driver lists sometimes differ, so if a build is missing on one site it is worth checking another for your region.

How to install it
Step 1
Open the Pantum global driver download page and select your model, for example M6500NW or BM5100ADW.
Step 2
Choose your operating system and download the driver package.
Step 3
If your build is missing, check your regional Pantum site, since driver lists differ between global and regional pages.
Step 4
Extract the package and run the installer as an administrator on Windows, or open the disk image on macOS.
Step 5
Choose the connection type, USB or wireless, when the installer asks.
Step 6
For wireless setup, connect a USB cable temporarily if the installer offers that route, since it is the most reliable way to pass the network details.
Step 7
On macOS, allow the installer in System Settings, Privacy and Security and grant the local network permission.
Step 8
Print a test page, then run a test scan on an all-in-one model.

When Pantum Printer Drivers will not work
Correct, the global download page lists Windows and macOS only. Some regional Pantum sites carry Linux packages, so check pantum.us, eu.pantum.com or your local site, and be aware that community CUPS drivers exist but are not official.
Open System Settings, Privacy and Security and choose Open Anyway, then grant the local network permission when prompted so the installer can find a networked printer.
Use the USB cable route if the installer offers it, since passing credentials over a temporary USB link is far more reliable. Confirm the network is 2.4 GHz, as most Pantum models have no 5 GHz radio.
Make sure you installed the full package rather than a print-only driver, and check the scanner appears in the operating system's scanner list. Allow the Pantum software through the firewall on Windows.
Check the regional site as well as the global one. If nothing exists, add the printer using the built-in Windows IPP or class driver, which prints on most current Pantum models without a manufacturer driver.
