The P3302DW adds Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct to the P3302DN's wired engine, giving small offices a fast 33 ppm duplex laser with a proper LCD for network configuration. The LCD is its real advantage over cheaper Pantums, since you can join a wireless network and check the IP without touching a computer. Owners should budget for the DL-5120 drum at around 30,000 pages and avoid bargain toner that triggers chip errors.

Setting up the Pantum P3302DW

Use the LCD menu to pick your Wi-Fi network and enter the password directly, then install the Pantum driver on each PC and let it discover the printer over the network. If discovery fails, add it by IP address from the configuration page. Wi-Fi Direct is useful for guests but disable it afterwards to avoid confusing phones that keep joining the printer's own hotspot.

1. Unbox and prepare. Remove every piece of shipping tape and packing material, install the toner cartridge and drum unit, and load paper in the tray.
2. Join your Wi-Fi. Keep the printer close to the router for setup. Most printers only connect to the 2.4GHz band, so if your router broadcasts one merged network name you may need to split the bands temporarily. See our Wi-Fi guide if it will not join.
3. Install the setup app. Use Pantum's official app rather than a driver you found on a search result — third-party driver sites are the most common source of printer malware.
4. Add the printer. On Windows 11: Settings › Bluetooth & devices › Printers & scanners › Add device. On macOS: System Settings › Printers & Scanners › Add Printer.
5. Print a test page and run a scan if this is an all-in-one, so you find any problem now rather than when you are in a hurry.
