Is the OKI C332dn right for you?

The C332dn is the most complete of OKI's compact colour LED printers, adding a two-line LCD, AirPrint and an optional wireless module. Mono runs faster than colour on this model at 30 ppm, which suits offices that print mostly black with occasional colour. As with the rest of the C300 family, colour banding usually traces to one image drum rather than the toner, which makes diagnosis cheap if you have a spare drum to swap in.

Setting up the OKI C332dn

If the wireless module is fitted, join the network from the LCD's Wireless Setting menu or use WPS; otherwise use Ethernet and add the printer by IP. Install OKI's PCL6 driver for full control over the multipurpose tray and media weights, which matter for card and labels. Set the media weight for the multipurpose tray on the panel as well as in the driver, since a mismatch is the usual cause of toner rubbing off heavier stock.

1. Unbox and prepare. Remove every piece of shipping tape and packing material, install the ink cartridges, and load paper in the tray.
2. Join your Wi-Fi. Keep the printer close to the router for setup. Most printers only connect to the 2.4GHz band, so if your router broadcasts one merged network name you may need to split the bands temporarily. See our Wi-Fi guide if it will not join.
3. Install the setup app. Use OKI's official app rather than a driver you found on a search result — third-party driver sites are the most common source of printer malware.
4. Add the printer. On Windows 11: Settings › Bluetooth & devices › Printers & scanners › Add device. On macOS: System Settings › Printers & Scanners › Add Printer.
5. Print a test page and run a scan if this is an all-in-one, so you find any problem now rather than when you are in a hurry.
