Home offices that want waterproof pigment prints without an ADF

The ET-16650 adds PCL 5/6 and PostScript 3 to the ET-16600 platform, which is what architects, engineering firms and managed offices need when printing from CAD software, print servers or Linux. Everything else matches the ET-16600: 25 ppm pigment printing, an A3 duplex ADF and a replaceable maintenance box. The extra cost is only justified if you need those page description languages, so home crafters should buy the ET-16600 or ET-15000 instead.
Sold in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia. Sold as EcoTank L15160 in India.

Best for: Design and engineering offices needing A3 with PostScript or PCL
Install the PostScript or PCL driver from epson.com/support on managed networks, or the Universal Print Driver for Windows fleets. Lock down Web Config with an admin password and assign a static IP over Ethernet. The touchscreen wizard and Smart Panel remain available for Wi-Fi setup on either band.
The Epson EcoTank Pro ET-16650 uses the following consumables. Match the number exactly when you buy: the same printer family often uses several different cartridge numbers by region.
High-yield (XL) versions almost always cost less per page if you print regularly. On third-party ink and toner, read our honest assessment first, and note that some manufacturers push firmware that rejects non-original chips.
