A step up from the SP C260 range, the SP C360DNw runs at 30 ppm, takes a 100-sheet bypass that handles card and labels, and uses far higher-yield toner for a much lower colour cost per page. It suits a marketing or design team that prints proofs and short-run flyers. Watch the transfer belt on high-volume units — repeating colour ghosting every 75 mm or so is the usual sign it is worn.

Setting up the Ricoh SP C360DNw

For wireless setup use the panel's Network menu or WPS; for wired, print the configuration page and add the printer by IP with the PCL6 Universal Driver. Register the bypass as Thick 1 or Thick 2 in Web Image Monitor when running card, otherwise the fuser runs too cool and toner scuffs off. Colour registration drifts after a move — run Colour Registration from the maintenance menu once the printer is in its final position.

1. Unbox and prepare. Remove every piece of shipping tape and packing material, install the toner cartridge and drum unit, and load paper in the tray.
2. Join your Wi-Fi. Keep the printer close to the router for setup. Most printers only connect to the 2.4GHz band, so if your router broadcasts one merged network name you may need to split the bands temporarily. See our Wi-Fi guide if it will not join.
3. Install the setup app. Use Ricoh's official app rather than a driver you found on a search result — third-party driver sites are the most common source of printer malware.
4. Add the printer. On Windows 11: Settings › Bluetooth & devices › Printers & scanners › Add device. On macOS: System Settings › Printers & Scanners › Add Printer.
5. Print a test page and run a scan if this is an all-in-one, so you find any problem now rather than when you are in a hurry.
