The OfficeJet Pro 9015e is the HP+ successor to the 9015 and probably the single most-searched HP printer of the 2020s. It keeps the fast engine, single-pass duplex ADF and 250-sheet tray while adding HP+ activation, which locks it to Original HP 962 ink and needs a permanent internet connection. Owners get an extended warranty and Instant Ink trial in return, but should expect the same fixed-printhead lifespan and 0x61 error codes as the non-e model.
Sold in United States, Canada. Sold as HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e / 9014e in United Kingdom; HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e in Australia.

Best for: Home offices that want HP's most popular all-rounder with Instant Ink
Setup requires HP Smart and an HP account; decide on HP+ before starting because the choice is permanent. Ethernet or either Wi-Fi band will do, but the printer must stay online. When a 0x6100004a code appears, clear the carriage path and reseat the cartridges before assuming the printhead has failed, and keep the printer powered between jobs so servicing runs.
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e uses the following consumables. Match the number exactly when you buy: the same printer family often uses several different cartridge numbers by region.
High-yield (XL) versions almost always cost less per page if you print regularly. On third-party ink and toner, read our honest assessment first, and note that some manufacturers push firmware that rejects non-original chips.
